How to Play
Ludo is a classic dice and race game, played with four pieces per player and a set of dice. In this version, Ludo supports two players with two houses each. Each player controls eight pieces. The goal of the game is to move all eight pieces home before your opponent.
Movement of Pieces
The player with the red house starts the game. In the case of winning, the loser starts the next game with the red house. A piece can only come out of the house when the outcome of a die roll is 6. Once a piece is on the track, it can move with any dice outcome. Pieces travel through the 56-step track from home to the middle of the board. Pieces can be removed if they successfully travel through all 56 steps or if they capture an opponent's piece.
Piece Capture
A player's piece can capture an opponent's piece if it ends its move in a space occupied by an opponent's piece. The captured piece must be returned home, while the player's piece is removed from the board. The secret to the game is capturing as many of your opponent's pieces as possible while avoiding being captured yourself. A piece cannot capture an opponent's piece if there are not enough moves remaining.
Important Note
- A player can only roll the dice twice in a row if each outcome is 6.
- The outcome of a dice roll must be played before rolling another, regardless of the outcome.
- To ensure fast and smooth gameplay, go to settings and turn on DIRECT COUNT.
